If you have completed the registration process and still having a hard time logging in, here are some suggestions that you can try:

• use a different browser or incognito window
• clear the browser cache to see if that helps
• try hard refresh to your browser
• resetting your browser
• access the course on your phone on an incognito window outside your wifi network
• disable the firewall
• Use VPN Virtual Private Network
• Check your router settings and allow HTTPS
