If you have completed the registration process and still having a hard time logging in, here are some suggestions that you can try:
- use a different browser or incognito window
- clear the browser cache to see if that helps
- try hard refresh to your browser
- resetting your browser
- access the course on your phone on an incognito window outside your wifi network
- disable the firewall
- Use VPN Virtual Private Network
- Check your router settings and allow HTTPS
