Nope. The only time it’s too late is if you’re in transition (and even then you could watch some videos about post birth). The course is designed for you to complete it as quickly or as slowly as you’d like.

The total course content is around 12 hours in length. Technically, you could power through and do it all in one day! But, if you’ve got the time, it’s best to space the classes out so you can really practice and absorb everything you need to know.
