The book is a nice supplement to the course. The book focuses on Natural Pregnancy and the course on Natural Childbirth. So yes, some information overlaps a bit, but most doesn't. 💕.

I’m in my third trimester. Is it too late for me to take the course?

Nope. The only time it’s too late is if you’re in transition (and even then you could watch some videos about post birth). The course is designed for you to complete it as quickly or as slowly as you’d like. The total course content is around 12 hour

Are the benefits as well as risks of these interventions discussed in the course?

We do discuss various interventions. We generally encourage moms to avoid unnecessary ones but do speak to times when various interventions are needed and even save lives.

Is it possible to do a natural birth without a doula and just have my partner instead?

We cover a number of different comfort measures in the course, including counter pressure on the sacrum, hip squeezes, etc. The course does very much aim to train the partners to play a more active role during childbirth. And to be way more familiar

I’m planning a VBAC. Is this course for me?
