I have the “The Mama Natural Week-by-Week Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth”, do they go over the same things?Updated a year ago

The book is a nice supplement to the course. The book focuses on Natural Pregnancy and the course on Natural Childbirth. 

So yes, some information overlaps a bit, but most doesn't. 💕
